Listings, prices, and orders

Shipping and after-sale requests

The Shipping Policy separates preparation from carrier transit. Under the Refund Policy, qualifying new unused no-defect merchandise and problem items may be returned, and exchanges are reviewed subject to stock. Begin within 30 days after delivery, obtain approval and the confirmed destination before mailing, use the free prepaid label included in the parcel, and pay no restocking fee. An approved original-method refund is processed and initiated within 10 days; non-waivable rights continue.
