Shipping Policy

This shop presents the delivery choices and any charge for a United States destination during checkout, before the order is sent. Those choices can vary with the address and basket.

Preparation comes before transit

Following payment authorization, we normally need 1–2 business days to prepare an order. Estimated carrier transit is a separate 4–6 business days after shipment. Weekends and applicable holidays are excluded, and neither estimate guarantees a particular arrival date.

Address, tracking, and parcel help

Review the street, unit, city, and ZIP code carefully. The first carrier scan can appear after the tracking notice. If a parcel is delayed, lost, visibly damaged, or marked delivered but cannot be located, email remildealbigaus@gmail.com with the order number, tracking reference, and useful photos when available.
