How should I choose a CORKCICLE item?

What is the delivery timeline?

Preparation normally takes 1–2 business days after authorization, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in transit after dispatch. Address-specific services and charges appear at checkout; see the Shipping Policy.

Can I return a no-defect item or report a problem?

Eligible new, unused merchandise can be returned after a preference change, while damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed goods can also be reviewed. Requests and eligible exchanges start within 30 days after delivery under the Refund Policy.

How is a return sent?

First obtain approval and the confirmed destination. Use the free prepaid label included in the parcel, or ask for help if it is absent. There is no restocking fee.

When does an approved refund begin?

We process and initiate the original-method refund within 10 days after approval. Provider posting time is separate.
